Role Description The Speech-Language Pathologist is a part time, on-site role based in Indiana, United States. This clinician will assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders, providing individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs. Daily activities include conducting evaluations, delivering direct treatment sessions, documenting progress, maintaining accurate clinical records, and collaborating with families to create home carryover strategies. The role also involves working with other therapists and school or medical professionals to coordinate care, educating caregivers on communication support techniques, and participating in team meetings and professional development. The Speech-Language Pathologist is expected to uphold ethical standards, follow applicable regulations, and contribute to a positive, supportive clinic environment. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Speech Therapy and Speech, with experience providing pediatric interventions. Knowledge of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders, including assessment and treatment planning. Experience working with Dysphagia in children, including safe feeding and swallowing strategies. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility to obtain. Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with evidence-based practice and standardized assessments. Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work on-site, manage a caseload, and adapt therapy approaches to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
