About the Position Location: UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital - Highlands Ranch Department: Level III trauma, community hospital Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $50.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend Assignments: 13-week assignments available with extension options Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. One year of experience. Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). ACLS certification. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be valid through 60 days of hire. Responsibilities Provides top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care, including various imaging and radiologic procedures. Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Models proficiency through precepting those new to imaging and/or UCHealth. Welcomes new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment. Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Practices in a technologically complex clinical setting managing ventilator integration to adaptive pulmonary support and airway management across multiple levels of care. Supports clinical ladder growth and encourages implementation of clinical and process improvement projects at the unit, division, regional, or system level.
