AI Product Lead

Position Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, automation, and generative AI to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, customer experience, and business outcomes
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, data scientists, analysts, and architects to design scalable AI solutions
• Ensure AI solutions integrate effectively with enterprise systems, data platforms, and business processes
• Develop business cases, project plans, resource requirements, and implementation roadmaps
• Follow standards and frameworks for AI lifecycle management, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Ability to travel as needed for projects, estimated to be no more than 30% per year
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or related discipline with 4 to 6 years of related technical experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience
• Demonstrated comprehension and experience with common project management methodologies (such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMP)
• Previous experience applying AI and analytical tools, techniques, and processes to solve business problems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and tailor communications to a wide variety of audiences; ability to communicate complex topics in a simple manner
• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with the following:
  • Python, SQL, or similar analytical languages
  • Azure AI Foundry
  • Power BI
  • Snowflake
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Databricks
  • LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks
  • MLOps and AI lifecycle management practices
