What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required Five (5) years of progressively responsible accounting leadership experience required Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred Healthcare accounting or hospital finance experience preferred Experience with governmental accounting, Medicare Cost Reports, and external audits preferred Strong analytical, organizational, critical-thinking, and problem‑solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build collaborative relationships with leaders, employees, vendors, auditors, financial institutions, government agencies, and other partners Why Jefferson Healthcare?
