We are looking for a talented Cashier to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry. As a Cashier, you will greet guests warmly, handle transactions accurately, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to interact with customers, handle payments, and contribute to a positive guest experience. Main responsibilities of a cashier:
Work schedule
- Greet guests warmly and promptly take their orders.
- Accept payments, provide receipts, and fulfill orders.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked front area.
- Welcome customers with a smile and handle transactions efficiently.
- Balance the cash register and scan items accurately.
- Accept payments in various forms and provide change and receipts.
- Process returns, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bag and wrap purchased goods for safe transport.
- Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate.
- Outgoing and energetic personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and good math skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to resolve complaints effectively.
- Provide exceptional friendly service to guests.
