This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by results, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy actively selling financial products while building strong customer relationships.If you are competitive, persuasive, and energized by meeting goals and earning based on performance, this role offers a clear path to success and advancement.# Why Work at Regional?• Competitive Pay – We recognize and reward performance • Monthly Bonus Opportunities – Earn incentives based on results • Career Growth – Clear path from Assistant Manager to Branch Manager • Comprehensive Benefits – Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) • Earning Potential – Average $46,000 annually (varies by location)# Duties and Responsibilities• Achieve individual and branch sales goals by driving performance, improving retention, and contributing to profitability • Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle • Generate new and repeat business through customer engagement and outbound outreach • Deliver a high-energy, service-focused customer experience • Process cash transactions and payments accurately while maintaining compliance • Manage delinquency and help resolve past-due accounts • Transport funds and deposits as part of branch operations • Support team performance through additional responsibilities as needed# Minimum Qualifications• High School Diploma or equivalent • Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling • Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation (required for bank deposits)# Critical Competencies• Strong sales and closing ability • Clear and confident communication • Relationship-building skills • Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment# Working ConditionsOffice-based role providing consumer loan services in person and by phone. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.
