Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Position Summary: This is the second in a series of three non-exempt Operations Specialist positions. This is a specialized position that coordinates and performs aspects of the financial cycle. The purpose of this position is to process the University’s financial operations as well as departmental operations. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies: Considerable knowledge of bookkeeping and business principles Demonstrated knowledge of spreadsheet software and mainframe computer systems Ability to effectively communicate Physical Demands: sit at a computer for long periods of time.
