Position Overview The Paraplanner is a core member of our team-supporting client relationships, preparing financial deliverables, coordinating follow-through, and ensuring every interaction is elevated and service-focused. This role combines detail-oriented execution with the ability to recognize big-picture opportunities, enhance client confidence, and support the growth of the practice. - Create positive, supportive interactions that leave clients feeling understood, confident, clear, and well cared for.
- Participate in client meetings, lead follow-up communication, and coordinate internal task delegation.
- Maintain high client service standards with consistency, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Identify explicit client needs as well as unanticipated opportunities to deepen client relationships.
- Recognize and act on sales growth opportunities that arise organically within service interactions.
- Provide exceptional service across all communication channels (in-person, virtual, phone, email).
- Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, projections, and meeting materials.
- Enter trades, orders, and rebalances as requested by the advisor.
- Ensure accuracy of all client documentation; follow through on processing and completion.
- Manage the post-meeting workflow, including tracking tasks, coordinating team actions, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Prepare internal business summary reports and client-specific reporting as needed.
- Maintain organized and compliant records using CRM technology.
- Analyze account information, research issues, and resolve questions or concerns promptly.
- Actively participate in ongoing education, training, and cross-training opportunities.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Manage competing priorities, time-sensitive items, and evolving client needs with confidence.
- Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and support continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- SIE required
- Series 7 & 66 preferred, or ability to obtain within specified timeframe
- Insurance license preferred, or ability to obtain within specified timeframe
