Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **How you'll make an impact in this role** + **Clinical Execution:** Delivering direct nursing care while strictly adhering to organizational protocols and physician orders. + **Case Management:** Implementing, monitoring, and adjusting individualized patient care plans based on real-time assessments. + **Interdisciplinary Coordination:** Serving as the central hub for all medical disciplines (doctors, therapists, specialists) to ensure unified patient treatment. + **Strategic Discharge Planning:** Evaluating and organizing the resources and steps necessary for a patient's safe transition out of the facility. **What minimum requirements you'll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
