What An Entry Level Manager Will Be Doing:

• Build and nurture trusting relationships with residential clients, becoming their go-to advisor for home improvement needs
• Deliver clear, confident, and personalized sales presentations of home improvement solutions that speak to each client’s unique concerns
• Shadow senior account managers to learn proven strategies, then gradually lead your own client interactions as you grow a book of business
• Collaborate closely with the operations team and fellow Account Managers to ensure service requests and follow-ups run smoothly and exceed client expectations
• Track your client portfolio’s activity, feedback, and needs to improve engagement and retention continuously
• Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism, turning questions into opportunities and objections into solutions
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to deepen your product knowledge and sharpen your sales skills
• Set and achieve personal and team-based goals, celebrating wins big and small along the way
• Actively contribute ideas during team meetings to make processes, campaigns, and client experiences even better
