Technical Product Manager (B2B/B2C eCommerce) The Technical Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of innovative B2B and B2C eCommerce solutions that enhance customer engagement and accelerate business growth. This individual serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business objectives into scalable digital products. The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with a solid technical foundation, thrives in Agile environments, and stays ahead of emerging technologies and digital commerce trends. They will lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions while shaping the organization’s digital strategy and product roadmap. Primary Responsibilities Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital commerce initiatives. Evaluate emerging technologies, eCommerce trends, and third‑party solutions to identify opportunities that drive business value. Partner with business leaders, developers, UX designers, QA, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle—from requirements gathering through deployment. Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements across cross‑functional teams. Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business priorities, ROI, and technical dependencies. Monitor product performance, analyze customer feedback, and drive continuous product enhancements. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful development, testing, and delivery of high‑quality software solutions. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for product‑related initiatives. Leverage customer insights, analytics, and market intelligence to refine product strategy and improve user experience. Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress effectively to technical teams, executives, and business stakeholders. Demonstrate strong leadership, sound decision‑making, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred. 3–5+ years of Product Management experience supporting B2B and/or B2C eCommerce platforms. Experience leading Agile product development using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies. Strong understanding of digital commerce technologies, customer experience, analytics, and business intelligence. Experience working with software engineering teams throughout the SDLC. Knowledge of UX/UI principles, user research, and usability testing. Programming or technical development experience is a plus. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver enterprise software products. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and executive‑facing skills. Self-motivated, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. This is a hybrid position requiring four (4) days per week in the office, based on business needs.
