Executive Chef Opportunity – Join a Growing Hospitality Team Corporate Hospitality Housing (CHH) is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader to design menus, oversee food production, manage kitchen teams, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety across our properties. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organization, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment while supporting our company’s growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and inspire the culinary team. Oversee kitchen operations including production, cost control, and scheduling. Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are consistently maintained. Partner with corporate leadership to drive revenue and operational success. Utilize modern culinary technology (experience with Rational ovens preferred). Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay with quarterly performance bonus. Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision). Paid time off. Hitch schedule: 5 weeks on, 10 days off. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of culinary leadership experience (Executive Chef experience is a MUST). Strong leadership and communication skills. Safe Serve or Food Handler certification required. Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred). Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. Must be able to work across one of our locations in Jal, NM; Carlsbad, NM; Loving, NM; Midland, TX; Orla, TX; Odessa, TX; Pecos, TX; or Big Spring, TX.
