We are seeking a CNA Caregiver to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of elderly or disabled individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

6 beds Congregate Living Health Facility in Elk Grove is looking for compassionate, hard
working, organized, energetic, enthusiastic staff. Ability to multitask and be efficient is a must! We
service medically fragile patients.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide bedside care
Administer medications and document therapeutic effects
Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration)
Assist with resident comfort
Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas
Collect samples and monitor catheters
Provide wound care
Help coach staff as necessary
Useful Experience
Experience with trach
Up to date first aid and CPR certification
Current LVN license in the state
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
Compassionate and friendly demeanor
