We are launching a new Farmers Insurance Agency in Blue Springs and we are looking for a full time or part time Sales Marketer to join our awesome team! Do you have a desire to grow financially & personally? Do you like to help people? If so, then we want to talk with you! Our Agency Owner is looking for the right person to take under their wing. Would you like an opportunity to work and learn from one of the top agents in the industry? The person we are searching for will have the opportunity to work with our amazing and professional client base. RequirementsEnergetic and eager to help grow business.Outgoing - likes to meet and talk to new people.Great communicator - phone, e-mail & face to face.Professional Demeanor.Responsible - good attendance.Self Improvement - wants to grow and be the best they can be.Responsibilities Call, Quote and Meet with our new business referrals which are sent to us from top Realtors and Loan Officers.Contact current clients regarding additional lines of business.Call new business warm leads to gather information and generate sales.Manage our Marketing Program.Assist the Agency Owner in maintaining and cultivating referral relationships. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay + Monthly Bonuses.Positive Work Environment.Ongoing Training & Learning Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeExperience: Digital Marketing: 1 year (Preferred).Additional Compensation: Bonuses Working days: Mon-Fri.
