Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse in Ukiah, California. Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 10/26/2026 and ending 01/24/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; acute care facility experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor required; experience requirement: 1 year.

• Additional Information: Responsible for collecting relevant patient data, analyzing assessment data, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, and collaborating with healthcare team members. Participates in discharge planning and provides health education to patients and families. Performs duties as assigned to ensure safe, effective patient care, and adheres to vaccination and safety policies.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be licensed in the state of practice, with current certifications in BLS, PALS, and ACLS, and have at least 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
