Report conversation Experienced Electrical Project Manager – Full-Time Join a Growing Electrical Contracting Company We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential electrical construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of electrical systems, project scheduling, and construction management. Responsibilities Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Coordinate and supervise field electricians, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors Attend jobsite meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, engineers, and architects Review electrical, architectural, and mechanical plans and specifications Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation Schedule manpower, equipment, and materials to maintain project timelines Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to jobsites Monitor project budgets, labor productivity, and overall project performance Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with NEC and local code requirements Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients Manage project closeouts, punch lists, and final documentation Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role Strong understanding of commercial and residential electrical systems Ability to read and interpret electrical, architectural, and mechanical drawings Experience with project scheduling, material procurement, and manpower management Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and project management software Experience with QuickBooks is a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Opportunities for advancement Supportive and professional work environment Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) 4% Match 401(k) matching Company truck Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Experience electrical project manager (or similar role): 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
