Speech Language Pathologist Full time, Part time, or PRN | In-House Therapy Team!

At Pinewood Nursing Center , we are committed to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to our patients, and we're seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team on a part-time or PRN basis. As a PRN therapist, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule while making a difference in the lives of seniors by helping them regain their communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.

About the Role:

As a Speech Language Pathologist at Pinewood Nursing Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans

• Providing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to our patients

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians

• Documenting evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with state and federal guidelines

• Educating patients, families, and staff on therapy techniques and strategies

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Active Georgia state SLP license (or eligibility)

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFY considered

• Prior SNF or geriatric experience is a plus

• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
