Senior Marketing Project Manager – Wealth Management A leading investment management firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager to support the integration of marketing capabilities following a significant business acquisition within its Wealth Management division. This Senior Marketing Project Manager will play a central role coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, driving commercialization efforts, and helping bring new investment capabilities to market for advisors. The ideal Senior Marketing Project Manager brings 5+ years of project management experience and direct experience supporting marketing initiatives within wealth management, asset management, or investment management. This is a 12+ month contract with potential to extend, paying $55-$65/hour depending on experience. This role supports a hybrid work model of 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home per week. Candidates must be located in the Greater Boston area and willing to work four days per week onsite in Boston, MA. Responsibilities Lead project management for a marketing integration workstream, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions across multiple marketing capabilities Build and maintain project plans, governance structures, and executive-level status reporting Partner with Marketing, Distribution, Product, Technology, and Compliance teams to keep integration efforts aligned Identify and upscale issues that could affect integration timelines, client experience, or go-to-market readiness Translate integration decisions into advisor-facing commercialization and activation plans Support development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, PR, events, paid media) tied to programs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth Collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope Manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience, ideally including business integration or transformation work Background in wealth management required, with an understanding of financial intermediaries, wirehouses, RIAs, broker-dealers, and advisor audiences Prior project management experience supporting marketing initiatives within an investment management, asset management, or wealth management firm required Bachelor's degree preferred PMP certification a plus Strong written, verbal, and executive presentation skills Comfortable working directly with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and external agencies Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
