AI Innovation Product Manager

To enhance Personal Financial Management experiences for Amex Card Members, the full-time salaried AI Innovation Product Manager will focus on integrating AI-powered interactions within partner channels, collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver secure and seamless financial services. Key responsibilities Partner with engineering teams to apply evolving technologies for AI-facilitated financial management and account servicing experiences Collaborate with internal teams to prepare assets and capabilities for use within LLMs, defining schemas and access controls Balance customer and stakeholder needs to define product features, user stories, and roadmaps that enhance Card Members' financial management Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in product development/management or software engineering in AI, digital products, or financial services Strong knowledge of third-party integration technologies such as OAuth and SDKs Experience with financial management, account servicing, payments, or digital banking Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively Curiosity and creativity in navigating a regulated financial-services environment
