Route Sales Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelves and product displays according to company standards
• Rotate products and remove unsalable items to maintain freshness and quality
• Keep backroom areas and shelves organized and orderly
• Collaborate effectively with store personnel and company team members
• Complete assigned routes efficiently and accurately, adapting to varying schedules as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of merchandising experience preferred
• Understanding of merchandising and product displays preferred, or willingness to learn
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Reliable transportation

Compensation

$22 per hour plus sales bonus program. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
