Shift: Days, 7a-7:30p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

Weekends, holidays, and float per department guidelines. On-call to be determined by the facility.

Requirements:

• AZ license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months
• Stroke experience
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• NIHSS certification
• Previous travel experience preferred

Other Details:

• Must be willing to float to similar units or sister sites
