Shipping Technician

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Shipping Technician to support safe, accurate, and efficient shipment of our corrugated and paperboard products. In this on-site role, you will prepare, package, label, and stage outbound orders; operate forklifts and material-handling equipment; and verify documentation to meet customer and carrier requirements. You will work closely with production, scheduling, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery, while upholding our strong safety culture, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement focus in a stable, growth-oriented manufacturing environment.
