We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic in Moorpark, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and be passionate about helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to their daily activities. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.\n\nEvaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and goals.\nProvide hands-on physical therapy treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.\nDesign and progress therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and functional mobility.\nEducate patients on injury prevention, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs.\nAccurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries.\nCollaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.\nMonitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.\nMaintain compliance with all state, federal, and clinic policies and procedures.
