Renewal Rehab
Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that help primarily senior patients maximize independence and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress in EMR, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to outcome-focused rehab programs, all within a supportive, growth-focused culture with mentorship and advancement opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
