Property Manager (m/f/x) – Norimka Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG We are looking for a Property Manager to support tenants and coordinate maintenance, ensuring property management runs smoothly in a dynamic environment. Your future role Providing support to tenants and handling enquiries and requests. Managing tenancy agreements, notices of termination, and tenant changes. Coordinating maintenance and repair work. Preparing utility bills and monitoring operating costs. Liaising with property management companies, insurance providers, service providers, and public authorities. What you bring to the team Completed commercial or property-related training (e.g., property agent, industrial clerk, office management assistant) or equivalent qualification. Professional experience in property management or facility management is an advantage. Knowledge of tenancy and commercial contract law, and the Operating Costs Ordinance.
