USI Insurance Services is looking for a Marketing Team Leader to manage and support marketing processes within Commercial Lines, overseeing both Renewal and New Business Marketing Specialist teams. You will ensure compliance and optimize workflows while providing leadership and development to your team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance, strong data and technology skills, and exceptional communication abilities.
