We are seeking an experienced Program Scheduler and Project Controls professional who is interested in an on-site position supporting complex, mission-critical programs.Experience We're Looking For5+ years of experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or similar scheduling toolsUnderstanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)Experience performing schedule analysis and schedule health assessmentsFamiliarity with project controls, program controls, or planning functionsKnowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) principlesExperience supporting engineering, technical, government, energy, defense, aerospace, or large-scale capital projectsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teamsPreferred ExperienceANSI/EIA-748 EVMS environmentsPrimavera POpen Plan ProfessionalAcumen FuseDeltek CobraDOE, DoD, NNSA, Federal, or National Laboratory environmentsActive or previous security clearanceSchedule Risk Analysis (SRA)At IMS, we know great opportunities start with great people.
