Temporary HR Recruiter

Temporary HR Recruiter Shift: 1st. Pay: $28-$35 per hour. Location: Mason, Ohio. Role Type: Contract. Schedule: Monday-Friday, first shift. Our client is seeking a Temporary Recruiter for a short-term assignment in Mason, Ohio. This role will support high-volume hiring needs and partner closely with hiring managers to identify and secure top talent. The ideal candidate has prior recruiting experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases. Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress within the applicant tracking system. Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication. Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or agency environment. Strong sourcing and screening skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
