Family Nurse Practitioner - Workplace Health Lead (PRN)

Proactive MD is a workplace health provider delivering primary care with on-site providers and direct care. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with MSN, RN/NP license in NC, and FNP certification preferred, to join our PRN weekday team at our Mocksville clinic.
