Position Overview Department: Respiratory Therapy Work Location: UAB St. Vincent's East Schedule: Full-Time Nights, 7p-7a, every 3rd weekend, PRN available Benefits include paid time off, parental leave, assistance programs, tuition reimbursement, and more. Responsibilities Evaluate and care for patients with respiratory issues. Assess treatment needs, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress. Implement respiratory care modalities, evaluate medication administration, and respond to emergencies. Educate patients and families about health conditions and community resources. Maintain and calibrate equipment, manage inventory, and ensure proper sterilization. Qualifications Licensed Respiratory Therapist credential from the Alabama Board of Respiratory Therapy. Certified Respiratory Therapist from the NBRC. Current BLS Provider certification. Graduate of an accredited School of Respiratory Therapy. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vetted Solutions
