Night Shift (Monday–Friday, 5:30 p.m.–4:30 a.m.)

Job Description

This role focuses on MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel, with some TIG welding work as needed. You will use your welding skills to produce high-quality steel components while following established safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel components according to drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Complete TIG welding tasks on steel when required to support production needs.
• Set up, operate, and adjust welding equipment and tools to ensure proper weld quality and efficiency.
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity, making adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working with welding equipment, materials, and in the shop environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift supervisors to meet production schedules and targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling and storage of materials and equipment.
• Adhere to shift schedules and reliably attend assigned day or night shift hours.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeley, CO.

The pay range for this position is $19.30 - $20.30/hr.
