About the Role The Medical Assistant will be the welcoming face of our clinic while supporting both administrative and clinical operations. Key Responsibilities Create a Warm Environment: Greet every patient with a smile, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere while upholding outstanding customer service standards. Program Expertise: Answer inquiries about the Medi-Weightloss program, providing clear and knowledgeable responses to patients and prospective clients. Administrative Excellence: Handle phone, text, and fax communications, routing messages promptly and professionally. Document Management: Perform daily scanning and uploading of patient documents to maintain organized, accurate records. Clinic Upkeep: Ensure the clinic remains clean, welcoming, and compliant with OSHA and HIPAA standards. Team Collaboration: Embrace opportunities to learn and train in new roles, contributing to the clinic’s success. What We’re Looking For Customer Service Skills: Preferred, but not required. Medical Experience: Familiarity with a medical setting is preferred; we’ll train the right candidate. Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required. Enthusiasm for Learning: Eagerness to develop new skills in the medical field with comprehensive training in injection administration, EKG, phlebotomy, and more.
