Visual Merchandising Project ManagerWe are hiring a Visual Merchandising Production/Project Manager to join a top fashion brand in NYC. This freelance position is currently set to run for 5 months and will be hybrid in their NYC office.Pay Rate: $32/HRResponsibilities:Provide distribution and mechanical files for production.Support seasonal campaign rollouts through rendering and versioning.Partner with North America, Global, and Sales teams on 2D strategy and timelines to create vendor distribution lists.Respond to and fulfill marketing field requests.Manage the development and organization of marketing briefs.Maintain and organize project details using Excel and internal tracking tools.Manage production timelines and coordinate asset delivery with cross-functional teams.Support the installation of graphics, window displays, and pop-ups, while overseeing quality control for installation and fabrication.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in Visual Production, Marketing, and/or Creative Project Management with a focus on retail.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience managing marketing or creative production teams.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting short deadlines.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to adapt quickly and work with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
