Description The Senior Financial Analyst, Finance is responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic analysis activities across the organization. This role partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights, support decision-making, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous process improvements. The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial information, enhancing business performance, and supporting the achievement of organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and analyze forecasts, budgets, long-range plans, and financial models to support business performance and strategic decision-making. Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, business insights, and recommendations to management and key teams. Monitor financial results, evaluate variances and trends, and identify risks and opportunities to improve business performance. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and reporting processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance, support strategic initiatives, and influence business decisions. Identify and implement process, reporting, and system improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and financial visibility. Lead or participate in special projects, ad hoc analyses, and business initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.
