• Patient Demographics: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient
  
• Case Mix: General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center
  

FACILITY INFORMATION

• EMR System: Cerner
  
• Reason for Coverage: 3 FTE needed
  

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

• Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active WV license
  
• Board: Board Certification required
  
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
  
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide anesthesia services across 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other
  
• Work primarily in the Main OR's, with most time spent at Memorial
  
• Cover a wide variety of surgical cases including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, and cardiac
  
• Administer anesthesia in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  
• Maintain 40 hours per week of clinical coverage
