We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join a busy legal team in Pennsylvania. This permanent role supports four attorneys and contributes to litigation matters from initial case development through trial readiness. The position is well suited to someone who is highly organized, comfortable managing competing deadlines, and confident working in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Responsibilities:
• Guide litigation matters through each stage of the case lifecycle while partnering closely with assigned attorneys.
• Prepare trial materials such as exhibit sets, hearing binders, pleadings, and discovery documents to ensure readiness for court proceedings.
• Draft, review, and submit legal filings in both federal and state courts with careful attention to procedural requirements.
• Maintain organized case records, monitor litigation calendars, and track important dates to help ensure timely case activity.
• Arrange subpoenas, schedule depositions, and coordinate the exchange and production of documents with relevant parties.
• Provide day-to-day litigation support to a group of four attorneys, helping to keep matters progressing efficiently.
• Use case management tools and related systems to organize files, update matter information, and support workflow across active cases.• At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm setting.
• Demonstrated ability to support trial preparation for complex or deadline-driven matters.
• Hands-on experience filing documents in both federal and state courts is required.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery practices, and document management.
• Proficiency with case management software and legal matter organization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.
