Front Desk Manager (Weekends are mandatory)

Are you organized, friendly, and great at multitasking? We’re looking for a Front Desk Manager to join our team and keep our salon running smoothly on our busiest days!

What You’ll Do:

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.

Manage the front desk: check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, and payments.

Keep appointments running on time and coordinate with stylists.

Assist with retail sales and promote add-on services.

Maintain a clean, polished, and inviting front desk area.

Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.

Be the go-to problem solver to ensure a smooth guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator.

Reliable and punctual—our weekends are busy, and we need someone who thrives in the hustle!

Previous front desk, hospitality, or salon experience preferred (but not required).

A natural leader who enjoys creating great guest experiences.
