Proporcionar servicio al cliente de calidad a través de teléfono, correo electrónico y chat en un centro de contacto. Resolver problemas utilizando procedimientos estándar bajo estrecha supervisión. Calificaciones Diplomado de escuela secundaria. Capacidad para cumplir o superar los requisitos de asistencia, proporcionando una asistencia confiable y predecible. Buenas habilidades de relaciones humanas para tratar eficazmente los problemas de los clientes de manera profesional. Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva y precisa verbal y por escrito. Conocimiento de cómo usar una computadora, habilidades de teclado y familiaridad con aplicaciones de software como Excel y Word. Es fundamental la capacidad de navegar a través de varios programas de tecnología para investigar y resolver con precisión las situaciones de servicio para el éxito de este puesto. Se requieren habilidades básicas de pensamiento crítico, creatividad y resolución de problemas para proporcionar una resolución positiva. Se prefiere competencia en español pero no es requisito. Garantice una experiencia de cliente de calidad para nuestros asegurados y clientes reduciendo los puntos de fricción y asegurando un proceso sin complicaciones. Recibir un alto volumen de llamadas telefónicas para la línea de negocio asignada y proporcionar asistencia inicial a nuestros asegurados y clientes que necesiten servicio. Navegar múltiples sistemas y tecnologías para proporcionar y recopilar información, documentar las acciones tomadas y resolver con precisión situaciones de servicio en apoyo a los asegurados y clientes.
