ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of three. As someone who was born and raised in the community we serve, I knew I wanted the independence that comes with agency ownership while building a career centered around helping the people in my hometown. I earned my Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University, and outside of work, I’m a proud mom to a son and three dogs.

Being involved in our community is a big part of who we are as an agency. We regularly participate in local events and love getting out of the office to connect with the people and organizations around us. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jessica Strauch - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
