Senior Director, Software Development (Atlanta)

• Managing the Agile development teams within the product development organization
• Guiding architectural decisions
• Ensuring the proper implementation of SDLC

Requirements

• 12+ years managing multiple development teams
• 10 years experience building and sustaining a mid to large size development organization
• 5+ years experience in sustaining engineering role for existing/legacy enterprise solutions
• 7+ years experience managing Agile software development teams
• Current and deep knowledge of key agentic coding technologies
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience
• Agile development certification (Scrum-master, product owner, or other)
