Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience working in skilled nursing and LTC (Part B) for therapy services
Assignment Details
- Schedule: 5x8-hour days
- Weekends are not required
- Daily caseload typically includes more than 10 patients for evaluating therapists
- Productivity requirement is 85-90%
- Dress code: Any color scrubs

Trinity, Texas offers access to outdoor recreation with Lake Livingston located about 30 miles southeast and Davy Crockett National Forest about 40 miles north.
