Job Title: Strategist, Paid Search and Social
Location-Type: remote
Start Date Is: asap
Duration: 3 month contract (potential for conversion)
Compensation Range: $40-48/hr
Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship .
- Develop and execute paid search and paid social strategies across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Manage account strategy across multiple brands and marketing objectives.
- Monitor performance trends, audience insights, and competitive activity to guide decision-making.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary strategic contact for assigned client accounts.
- Lead client calls, performance reviews, and strategy discussions.
- Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
- Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and consultative problem-solving.
- Translate complex performance data into actionable business insights.
- Develop strategic recommendations based on marketing and business objectives.
- 5–7 years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Proven expertise with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Experience leading client-facing meetings and strategic discussions.
- Strong background in campaign analysis, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
