Onsite location. Competitive pay range of $32.50 – $34.50 per hour. You will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and lead a dedicated team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Plan and manage projects, including internal construction and maintenance projects aimed at improving facilities. Read blueprints and technical drawings to maintain production equipment through effective preventive maintenance and coordinated work orders. Diagnose equipment issues and collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime while ensuring safety guidelines and regulatory requirements are met. Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols across a safe and efficient work environment. Prioritize tasks, guide maintenance technicians, and coordinate work across the plant. Qualifications High school diploma required; additional schooling preferred. Boiler license and forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain. Electrical knowledge and strong mechanical aptitude. 2–3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting, particularly food manufacturing. Welding experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Prolonged periods of standing and walking within the factory. Proficiency with work‑order systems and the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams).
