As a Project Manager you will lead and execute multi-discipline projects ensuring successful delivery across scope schedule budget quality resources and risk while aligning project outcomes with Philips business objectives.

Your role:

• Initiate plan and execute multi-discipline projects in accordance with agreed specifications timelines budgets staffing requirements and quality standards ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage and balance project scope schedule budget quality resources risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle while monitoring and optimizing the business case to maximize organizational value and impact.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders manage expectations and customer feedback proactively address issues and provide detailed project progress risk and escalation reporting to senior management and steering committees.
• Apply and reinforce Philips project management standards and methodologies including the Philips Business System (PBS) Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF) PMBOK and SAFe ensuring projects are executed in accordance with organizational expectations and industry best practices.

Youre the right fit if:

• Youve acquired 2 years of experience in project management business strategy or a related area with a Bachelors degree; no prior professional experience is required with a relevant Masters degree. Your experience includes supporting or managing projects involving scope schedule budget resources risk and multiple stakeholders.
• Your skills include project planning and execution stakeholder management risk and issue management budget and resource management cross-functional team collaboration business case optimization and project reporting. You have knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks including PMBOK and SAFe and the ability to apply established project management standards in a business environment.
• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Project Management or an equivalent field.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
• Youre an effective communicator and collaborative project leader with strong organizational analytical problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills. Youre comfortable guiding diverse multi-discipline teams working with limited supervision managing competing priorities proactively escalating risks and issues and communicating project status and recommendations to senior leaders and steering committees.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in WA is $105000 to $168000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
