What You Can Expect Train employees, conduct new employee orientation, mandatory licensing training, on-the-job training, along with training in health and safety practices. Document training as required for purposes of licensing and under the terms of client contracts. Work with managers and supervisors to determine training needs and approaches. Develop training schedule in conjunction with management to coordinate training activities. Follow appropriate instructional procedures or methods, such as individual training, group instruction, etc. Organize training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation materials, multimedia visual aids, and other education materials. Maintain records and prepare reports to evaluate the performance of training activities, and to monitor the progress of trainees. Perform tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned office. Basic Requirements 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Above average computer / technology skills needed. Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle, etc. preferred. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. Must be detailed oriented with good organizational skills. All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Must have reliable means of communication and transportation. Must have the legal right to work in the United States. Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
