Job ID:25-81265 Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills: 401k experience, BA experience (client facing /requirement gathering). Backgrounds the team has hired in the past (HR Payroll, HR Generalists, Sales & Technology Sales, Actuaries, Pension Admins, BA's). A solid understanding of Client proprietary systems such as FPRS, FocusPoint, TSO, PPMC and PSW. Don't really care too much about job titles, it's the 401K and BA experience they are looking for that is the most important. DO NOT need a technical person for this. This is a very functional type of role. This position requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a combination of implementation and/or 401(k) operations. The individual should have a general understanding of the retirement market, client service, implementation processes, and a demonstrated ability in the duties and responsibilities mentioned above. A detailed understanding of Client and its products and services is preferred. Strong organisational and operational skills and the ability to work well with internal partners. The ability to anticipate potential problems and to plan for such events. Proven problem-solving and client management abilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail. A solid understanding of Client proprietary systems such as FPRS, FocusPoint, TSO, PPMC and PSW. Strong presentation, consulting, and negotiating skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and problem identification skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
