Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Facilities and Supply Chain, the Facilities Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, operation, and maintenance of all corporate facilities, including the headquarters and five regional offices. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and cost‑effective physical environment that supports business operations and employee well‑being across all sites. The Facilities Manager leads a distributed team of facilities professionals and manages contractor relationships, capital projects, and compliance activities related to the physical infrastructure. This position plays a critical role in maintaining facilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Coordinate cross‑functional communication with internal departments and external vendors. Develop staff and contractor scheduling, workload planning, and resource allocation. Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and safety practices. Supervise team participation in preventive maintenance programs. Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse facilities team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Direct professional development, including coaching and performance evaluations. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required). Licensure/Certification: Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facilities Management Professional (FMP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred). Experience: At least 5 years of progressive facilities management experience, including 3 years in a multi‑site role with capital projects and $5M+ budgets (Required). Experience managing facilities in a high‑growth or regulated industry (Preferred). Knowledge of multi‑site facilities management best practices, building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), corporate real estate, and OSHA/ADA regulations (Required). Knowledge of IWMS, sustainability/green building practices (e.g., LEED), corporate security systems (Preferred). Strategic planning, vendor management, contract negotiation, capital project management, financial acumen, team leadership, advanced communication, Lean principles, and data analytics skills (Required/Preferred accordingly). Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically dispersed locations and lead a remote team (Required). Ability to influence senior leadership on facilities strategy and investment (Preferred). Work Environment Location: On‑site. Schedule: 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Night and weekend hours on occasion; cross‑facility travel as needed. Regular meetings with Pharmacy Operations, Engineering, Operational Excellence, Compliance, Quality, and external vendors. Key Essential Functions Remain in a stationary position for extended periods while writing or reviewing documentation. Work on a computer for the entire shift. Attend virtual meetings with cross‑functional teams. Employment Classification Status: Full‑time. FLSA: Exempt.
