Position Summary We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to investigate and adjust first-party and third-party automobile claims. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment while advancing your career. The primary responsibilities include investigating claims, determining liability, confirming coverage, establishing damages, and negotiating settlements. Position Responsibilities Take statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses Obtain and review evidence, reports, and medical records Investigate losses and identify coverage issues Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys Position Qualifications Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2+ years of auto insurance related experience At least 1+ years of liability claims handling experience Understanding of auto coverage for non-standard claims is preferred California auto claims handling experience is a plus Experience with claim-related computer systems, Guidewire experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish is a plus This is a remote position based in Phoenix, AZ. The salary range is $46,400 to $77,300, depending on experience and other factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and more.
