Medical Receptionist (part-time)

Medical Receptionist Part-time Monday-Wednesday 7:45am-4pm (one Friday morning a month) Location: Steele Creek, NC (CA0408), 28278 Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Steele Creek, NC. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times. Schedule and confirm appointments as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow. Ensure security by following procedures and controlling access to the building Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Work Environment This position is based in our Steele Creek office located in NC, 28278. The role involves working at the front desk in a fast-paced office environment with frequent interaction with clients, visitors, and staff.
