- Master's Degree is required or Bachelor's Degree prior to 2024.
- Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registrtion must be obtained within 6 months of start date.
- Licensure through the state of Indiana must be obtained within 1 year of start date.
- Any clinical area billing for service may require CDR approval and Indiana state RD license prior to start date.
- Requires the ability to develop nutritional care plans and provide nutritional education.
- Requires the ability to demonstrate competency in nutrition focused physical exam and malnutrition documentation.
